By staying in a Senior Living facility, those over 60 can maintain the independence provided by a private accommodation, while living in a small group setting and combining it with the support of services offered by specialized staff, for any specific health needs that may arise.

La Residenza can accommodate independent seniors or those with minor frailties over the age of 60.
Certainly, La Residenza Torlonia Senior Living can accommodate
guests over 60 for short stays (maximum 14 days), allowing them to enjoy a few days of
relaxation away from their daily routine or to visit Rome while staying in a secure accommodation.
The safety of our guests is
always in first place, which is why the residence is supervised H24 by social and health workers. In addition, the Geriatrician and Psychologist are present once a week for any needs. And there is always someone to call, for any need...
We have all the space you need, thanks to the three floors reserved for hospitality. You will find many services (including a hairdresser, a podiatrist, a beautician, a room for medical examinations and a gym for physiotherapy) a restaurant, a bar and a multi-purpose room. In addition, the Residence has a 500 square metre private garden equipped with benches, children's games, a bowling areat and a vegetable garden. A total of 29 rooms divided by type, for a maximum of 40 guests.

Theatre and Acting, Travelling, Special courses such as discussion /debate groups, trips and excurisions to sites in Rome and lectures from various professors and figures in industry.
For the moment we cannot accommodate animals of any size or type. We can however, accommodate your siblings or companions should they wish to accompany you during your stay?
